Dr. Toby and Tannia Travis – Equipping Trusted School Leaders Worldwide
Dr. Toby Travis is a seasoned educational leader, author, consultant, and mentor to school administrators around the globe. Together with his wife, Tannia, they are committed to a ministry of developing and equipping school leaders who inspire a culture of trust within their communities.
Their partnership with Ripe for Harvest World Outreach began while they were serving as missionaries in Ecuador. Today, the Travis ministry extends far beyond South America—providing assessments, training, and professional development for school leaders and teachers in regions where educational resources are scarce. In recent years, they have supported schools in Honduras, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Vietnam.
Many of these schools serve children in distressed or developing areas—places where strong leadership and quality education can radically change the trajectory of a community. Yet these schools often lack the financial means to access the level of training and support that Dr. Travis provides. That’s where faithful partners step in.
