Renée Flory has been a missionary with Ripe for Harvest since 2013. After a 10-year absence, Renée returned to Kherson, Ukraine, in 2015 with a trauma healing ministry, “Healing the Wounds of the Trauma: How the Church Can Help,” developed through the Trauma Healing Institute in partnership with the American Bible Society. She had the honor of being a part of the initial team to train the Bible Society of Ukraine, which has developed it extensively throughout the country. In addition to serving the local church in Ukraine, Renée also assisted in trauma healing trainings in both Romania and Kazakhstan.
At the time of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Renée was stateside on furlough. The Lord has now called her to serve in the United States, morally supporting individuals and developing trauma healing in the Ukrainian diaspora, especially those who fled their homes since 2022. She is currently making her home in the Charleston, South Carolina, area.
