Our ministry focus is to be used by the Lord in how He sees fit. We have been called by Him to serve at Grace International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This is a missionary school strategically placed in Southeast Asia. 75% of the unreached people groups live in the ten surrounding countries, and it is only a 3-hour flight to 1/3 of the world’s population. Chiang Mai is a hub for various mission outreaches, with many missionaries using this city as a home base, launching out into more restrictive areas. But missionaries can only stay on the mission field if their children are getting the education and help that they need.
I, Wendy, will serve at Grace International School as an Intervention/Reading Specialist Teacher. I will be helping students who are struggling academically and may need an additional approach to education because of dyslexia or other processing issues. Tom is open to however he can be used and is excited to see what the Lord may have for him. He is the “Prayer Warrior” in our family and will continue to pray for us and the many needs around us as we go forward in our ministry in Thailand.
