Clara serves at the JAARS base in Waxhaw, North Carolina. JAARS exists to reduce barriers, ease burdens, and deliver God’s Word. They do that through aviation, land, sea, training, and sustaining services to aid in the work of proclaiming the gospel to the whole creation.
Clara is the Assistant Director of the Intercultural Communications Course (ICC), a training program that prepares missionaries for their service in multicultural, multigenerational teams. ICC places a strong emphasis on spiritual and emotional vitality, offering holistic preparation for ministry.
Clara is passionate about seeing the people she serves thrive in long and fruitful ministry. She has felt called to serve in missions ever since she was young and loves this season at JAARS, getting to train and support other missionaries.
