Hines, Orphan/Poor account #20076

There are so many needy children in SE Asia.  We partner with our Indian friends to help some of the most needy children by providing a loving place for them to live.  At Hope Harbor, over 50 children (boys and girls) are given good food, education, clothing, and most of all – Christian love.  Some are true orphans (having neither a father or a mother) but most have at least one parent.  Others are children of pastors’ families living and ministering in very remote villages.  But, for whatever reason that brings them to us, we are choosing to help provide a good education for their children and a safe place to grow up learning about Jesus.  Poverty and ill-health are incredibly big problems for so many families.  The children we take in learn who Jesus is and how much He loves them and this gives them hope in their difficult situations.
