The main focus of TailorMade Discipleship is one-on-one Biblically based discipleship. Discipleship with small groups of men is a once-in-a-while event. The men being discipled are usually leaders or men with leadership potential. The process is specific to the needs of the individual. The environment is shaped to provide teaching and application in a life changing and challenging way. Accountability is a large part of the process. Meetings are usually weekly or bi-monthly. The length of time in the process varies from man to man.
A secondary focus is working with the husband and wife as a team. These “couple” meetings are interspersed as needed among the regular meetings with the husband. My wife and I meet together with the couple to help them stay in step with God and one another in the growing process. We help them to individually and as a couple understand how the discipleship process is critical to future spiritual health of their family.
